If You’re Driving to the Hotel

We recommend parking in the garage before check-in if you’re traveling with light luggage and are comfortable walking approximately 1,000 feet to the hotel. Elevator access is available in the garage.

• • Location: 21 Horlbeck Alley, Charleston, SC 29401 – Fifth Floor
  • Access: Via Horlbeck Alley, left turn off King Street only
  • Height Limit: 6 ft. 6 in. If your vehicle exceeds the height limit, please contact the hotel
  • Overnight Parking Fee: $35 per night

    • Departure required by 12:30 p.m.
    • If arriving before 1:00 p.m. or departing after 12:30 p.m., please contact the hotel for assistance at 843-720-2600.
  • Please note your license plate number or take a photo for check-in.

• Walking Directions to Hotel:

• • Exit the parking garage and turn left on Horlbeck Alley to King Street
  • Turn right on King Street; the hotel will be on your right.
• After Check-in: place your parking pass in your vehicle’s windshield.

Loading & Unloading Zone Instructions:

If you have large luggage, require special assistance, or need ramp accessibility, we suggest using the designated loading zone.

Loading Zone Details:

• Location: 135 Market Street, Charleston, SC 29401
  • Directions: Pull in and turn right — the loading/unloading spots are marked straight ahead.
• Time Limit: 15 minutes maximum (loading and unloading only; no parking permitted).
• After Unloading: proceed to the hotel via the brick walkway.
• At Check-In: you’ll receive directions to the parking garage at 21 Horlbeck Alley.
