The cocktail program is led by Bar Manager Denis Kats, whose approach focuses on texture, balance, and seasonal inspiration. The signature cocktails change seasonally to highlight the freshest ingredients and celebrate local flavors, showcasing Charleston’s growing craft spirits scene, including spirits from High Wire Distilling Co., Striped Pig Distillery, Firefly Distillery, and other regional producers. Guests will often find unexpected elements—from milk-washed cocktails to fresh botanical accents—adding depth and visual elegance to every glass.

Complementing the cocktail program is an extensive and thoughtfully selected wine list curated by Sommelier Anne Hampton. Working closely with the culinary team, she selects wines that enhance both the tasting menus and à la carte offerings while also providing approachable options for guests enjoying the bar independently.

The bar and restaurant are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. During the summer months, a seasonal happy-hour menu offers light bar bites designed to complement the cocktail program. Reservations inside the bar are available for one banquet table or up to three high-top tables—ideal for intimate gatherings or a relaxed evening before dinner.
